Pursuant the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006, Title I of Public Law 109-248, and the Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act, any convicted sex offender who resides, works, attends school, or enters onto lands subject to the jurisdiction of the Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma must register as a Sex Offender with the Peoria Tribe of Indians of Oklahoma, in addition to any other state, territory, or tribal registration requirements.
